Shhhh! They're sleeping!
This is where I collect links to Silent makers and upload props that I've edited for you to use! Take them and use them at will since I hardly put any effort into them.
Almost all these sites have other doll makers, so check them out as well if Silents aren't to your tastes.
If you're not using the Dollie Palace maker, then we're going to have to operate. Nurse, Piskel!
Now, right click a prop from your chosen website -> copy image -> Piskel tab -> ctrl + v!
Yipee! You now have one (1) prop in front of you. Now, go to the menu on the far right of the Piskel page and click the "resize" button. Resize your image to like, 100x100. Now you have room for a whole doll!
Need to move your prop? Make sure to go to the left hand menu and select the "MOVE" option, which is hand-shaped, otherwise you'll just be scribbling on your attempted creation.
Before you add another prop, go to the "layers" menu on the right hand side and click "create a layer" and then paste your prop, so that the different props are in different layers. This ensures that you'll be able to move the props independently of eachother in order to build the doll.
To save your doll, click "export" and NOT "save" on the far right menu, and save to your computer!
One day I want to make my own props, and make my irl wardrobe for silent dollz bcus then you could play dressup with my wardrobe! But my pixel art isn't that good yet T-T and silents are so teeny tiny compared to Uniques or Preps so it's kind of hard to add detail to make recognisable clothes.
Not really sure how to credit/source these? Some websites are like "TAKE THESE PROPS ON PAIN OF DEATH!!! DO NOT RIGHT CLICK! I WILL FIND YOU AND I WILL HURT YOU!" but those websites are like. Only accesible through archive.org so do they, to use a science term, give an F anymore? I'm not sure, but if you are reading this and you're like "I took that prop from the dollpalace with my own fair hands, how dare she!" Then please let me know and I will take them down! But as far as I currently see it (something something PC addict myopia) recolouring props from defunct doll websites is a fairly harmless pastime. I also use Piskel to recolour props!
